Hadcon Constructions PTY LIMITED receives MBA Excellence in Housing Award

A building company involved in the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan (NBESP) has received the 2010 Excellence in Housing (Public Housing) award by the Master Builders Association of NSW.

Hadcon Constructions received the award last week for their work on an NBESP project at Adrian Avenue, Lurnea.

Robert Haddad, Director of Hadcon Constructions PTY LIMITED, was honoured to receive the award, which acknowledged the high quality work as well as effective management and ability to respond to a client's needs.

“Our company feels honored and excited to receive such a prestigious award from the MBA, we feel that it gives us great recognition and satisfaction,” Mr Haddad said. “The Stimulus assisted our business by allowing us to employ extra tradesmen and expand our company.”

Mr Haddad, an experienced builder and manager for over 15 years, has enjoyed a range of new challenges as a result of his experience in the program.

“The program has given our company the opportunity to work on a vast variety of projects and increase our experience in different aspects of the industry as well as learning the dedication required in every aspect of operation in order to produce great quality finishes.” Mr Haddad said.

Judge's Comment:

The impressive landscaping with the dual geometrically patterned suspended driveways leads to the two storey four bedroom pair of townhouses. Joinery works are of an excellent standard with clean lines to cornices and window and door installation. Concealed down-pipes from the suspended concrete front demonstrate the extra consideration by the builder.

This construction is eye catching and a first class advertisement for the builder.
